The SPSC has implemented a streamlined online fee submission process. Here's how we can pay the application fee [citation:7][citation:10]:
- Generate a PSID: After filling out the online application form on the SPSC website, a unique PSID (Payment Slip ID) will be generated [citation:7].
- Select Payment Channel: Use the "1 Bill" option in your banking app or visit any branch of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) [citation:4].
- Pay the Fee: The fee can be paid through online banking, ATM, or mobile wallets [citation:7].
- Keep the Receipt: The original copy of the Challan or Treasury Receipt must be attached with the application form [citation:1].
- Cash, Postal Orders, Cheques, and Bank Drafts are not accepted by SPSC [citation:1].
- Applications not accompanied by the original copy of Challan or Treasury Receipt will be liable for rejection [citation:1].
- Separate application and separate fee is required for each post advertised by the Commission [citation:1].
- Fee must be deposited in any branch of the National Bank of Pakistan in Sindh, State Bank of Pakistan, or a State Treasury authorized to transact business on behalf of the Government of Sindh [citation:1].
SPSC Fee Refund Policy
It is important to know that no claim or refund of the fee will be entertained by the Commission [citation:1]. Once the fee is deposited, it is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application or examination.
Important Guidelines for Fee Submission
- On the Treasury Challan, candidates should clearly indicate the name of the post for which the fee is being sent [citation:1].
- The following classification should be inscribed legibly on the challan in the column of "Head of Account": "C02101-Organ of State-Exam Fee (SPSC Receipts)" [citation:1].
- Each application must be accompanied with the original Challan or Treasury receipt of fee as mentioned in the advertisement [citation:1].
- Cash or Postal Orders, Cheques and Bank Drafts will not be accepted by SPSC [citation:1].
